                                                  Re. supply of unique multi colour dot pen 
Dear sir , 

We regret to inform you that we placed an order to you for 500 unique multi -colour dot pen on 10/4/2018 , i.e. , about a month back . But neither the goods have been send to us not did you request us for extension of time .

As you know we depend solely on supply  from outside agencies , we are facing grievances from out customers for not meeting their demand .Since you have to fail to supply the pens ordered there is no alternatives than placing the order to new party . 

So , please treat our as cancelled with immediate effect . However , we re serve the right to claim payment of different in price , if any ,arising out of purchases from other sources  .
